I’ve just formed a blues band called ‘Golden Ulysses’ with Agne Karaleviciute. We’re based in Guildford and we’re currently booking gigs for 2011, starting with the gigs that were booked for The Midnight Riders, as unfortunately that band has fallen through. I’m really excited about ‘Golden Ulysses’! Our debut gig will be at the Elixir Bar in Camden, London, on the 19th January 2011. We’re influenced by bands and artists such as Eric Clapton, Robert Johnson, Etta James, The Rolling Stones, Ella Fitzgerald and Freddie King to name just a few. We’re going to be writing a lot of original material in the new year, so stay tuned for updates and releases along the way!
